In October 2025, CNMY exhibited at a leading food processing equipment trade show in Russia, where a major local meat processor expressed strong interest in the MJR series electric meat grinder. As a high-volume producer, the company required equipment capable of handling large quantities of frozen meat with efficient feeding, powerful performance, and reliable continuous operation.
After in-depth discussions at the exhibition and reviewing the machine’s live performance, the client confirmed that standard equipment could not fully match their large-scale production line. They requested two core upgrades:
- Enlarged feed opening for smoother loading of large frozen meat blocks, reducing feeding delays and minimizing jamming
- Upgraded drive system to provide higher torque and stable power for intensive, continuous frozen meat grinding
After the exhibition, CNMY quickly organized a dedicated technical review based on the client’s production conditions and equipment requirements. Our team completed structural optimization, adjusted the drive parameters, and provided customized drawings and a technical proposal for the client’s review. Once the design and specifications were confirmed, the client placed an order for the customized prototype.
During production, CNMY followed the agreed technical requirements and carefully controlled key processes, including the feed hopper structure, drive components, and machine body assembly. The equipment was tested to ensure stable operation, strong load capacity, and reliable performance in a high-intensity meat processing environment.
After delivery, the client completed on-site installation, commissioning, and production testing. In batch frozen meat processing trials, the customized MJR electric meat grinder delivered smooth feeding, strong power, and stable operation, helping the plant improve overall production efficiency.
