In December 2025, a Turkish food processing customer visited the CNMY facility for an on-site factory audit and equipment inspection. During the visit, the client observed live machine testing, toured our standardized production workshop, and discussed their processing requirements with our technical team. Based on the equipment performance and the customization potential of the TSTP series potato peeling machine, the client decided to move forward with a tailored solution.
1) Phase 1 – Initial Customization
To match local production conditions, operating habits, and processing standards in Turkey, the client requested two key upgrades:
- Variable speed control to process potatoes of different sizes, varieties, and surface conditions
- Enhanced waterproofing to support humid production environments and improve long-term equipment durability
Our engineering team responded quickly by optimizing the equipment design, developing the first customized prototype, and completing assembly and testing. Each production step was carefully checked to ensure the machine met the required performance standards before delivery.
2) Phase 2 – Field-Tested Optimization
After receiving the prototype, the client conducted extended production testing and collected feedback from local end users. Based on this field experience, they requested further refinements:
- Larger bottom disc diameter to increase the peeling contact area and improve peeling uniformity
- Integrated timer function to enable automatic timed processing and reduce manual operation
Our R&D and production teams worked closely together to fine-tune the parameters, optimize the structure, and complete prototype testing. The upgraded customized TSTP potato peeling machine was successfully delivered, laying a strong foundation for continued cooperation.
